Question: The nails on my feet are pale. How can I improve the circulation?

Answers: The nails on my feet are pale. How can I improve the circulation?

a good exercising regime
a good massage
an iron-rich diet consisting all the fruits n vegetables in red color like tomato, pomegranate, carrots, beetroot, vitamin C and nuts

" Niacin "

Although pale nails can be hereditary, more often it is the result of poor circulation or anemia.
The nail beds become opaque, often leaving only a rim of pink nail bed at the top of the nail. The thumb and index nails bilaterally are the most involved.

Take an iron supplement or add iron-rich foods to your diet.

Massage your feet on a daily basis!! Wear shoes that fit well.

Eat more dark green leafy foods, this will improve more than anything else your overall health.

Do you mean white patches? If so this could be a sign of reduced calcium intake. Try drinking more milk, or maybe even some calcium suppliments. if that doesn't work and you are still worried see your doctor. I don't think it'd be bad circulation - the signs of that include your limbs getting very cold and lack of pulse in the limb.
