Strange bump under skin on finger?!

Question: I have a small hard painful lump under my skin right were my ring finger meets my hand on the inside of my left hand the size of a small pea. Its actually just above the knuckle joint. I can move it a little bit but it seems fixed in place and feels solid. I haven't injured my hand or fingers, theres no redness swelling or bruising. it only hurts to touch. would anyone know what it might be? maybe a cyst or something to do witha tendon? I just noticed it so I don't think theres any need to run to the doctor just yet.

I'm pretty sure that it is a sebacus cyst. I had one on my hand and behind my ear and the doctor told me that they are completely normal and there isn't much to do about it. Eventually it will go away but the doctor can cut it out if its that irritating but chance are that it will just come back. I would suggest seeing a doctor just to make sure!

go to the doctor. it could b something terrible

not to freak you out, but it could be serious. I'd go to the doctor.

it might be a worm or something tat got under your skin, and layed its eggs there, and the lumps are the worms eating at your skin. i saw a documentary on tat on Animal Planet about a guy and tat happenede to him. i doubt it tho, unless u were in some tropical place on vacaion or something

go to the docter it could be cancer like you never know so just go kay? don't think everything will just go away

it could be from a ring that your skin didnt like. But i would give it a day or two and then get it checked out. Wash your hands very well untill then though.

I have something like that on my right ring finger it only hurt for about 2 days but it stopped and now its just a bump.but it was from where when I write that's were my pen or pencil gos its probably just a Callas from that.Don't worry.
