Do kinoki foot pads work?!
Question: you put them on your foot when you sleep and they turn black. they supposedly take toxic metals out of your body....after you use them for awhile they stop turning black.

no they dont some brands are filled with tea and the sweat that comes from your foot makes the tea show through and some requrie to not wash your feet when taking a shower and the pads clean the feet and asorb and show the dirt on your feet to the pad its a scam dont get them
my mother in law uses them and thinks they're great.....my husband (a medical student) and myself (a nursing student) both think they are a load of crap.
