Smoked weed and took a xanax?!
Question: ok so lastnight i took a xanax a couple sips of beer then shortly after i stmoked weed.. i kno it was a very abd idea but a friend of mine gave me the xanax adn i took it.. ok so shortly after smoking i started to have like a panic attack it was crazy my heart felt like it was beating soooo fast and my chest started to feel like it was burning idk if it rele was or if i was just hallusinating i then began to think that i was dead or rele in a comma and just dreaming and i kept on having to focus rele hard to snap back in to reality it was crazy and right now i still feel a lil weird also i cant remember that much like its all just a blur to me can anyone tell me what happened to me? and could i have rele died from this? was i just extremely high? has this happedned to anyone elseee?? all of your answers are very much appreciated thank you

YOU are one lucky person. Mixing drugs of any kind are lethal. I have a friend that was prescribed allergy medicine and then took an over the counter pain reliever and died. she was 24 y/o. Stupid, but an innocent mistake when you mix drugs of any kind.
smoking pot is not bad. Stick to that. Drinking alters your thoughts as well as other drugs. If you are unsure of any medications you are taking whether legally or ill-legal call your local pharmacist and ask. This can be done in confidence you don'[t have to say or name or phone number but stop playing Russian Roulette with your life.
I know people are against weed, however, it is used in many illnesses which DOES help. also, there has NEVER been any report anywhere that weed caused a car accident or someone to think they can fly off a building, etc. (that is smoking alone no other drugs and/or alcohol). Thousands die every year from alcohol.
Thats a dumb thing to do. Are you 10000000% SURE they were ACTUALLY XANAX? Be careful hun, you could seriously easily die from doing that. Your lucky. Hang in there.
I hope you aren't looking for sympathy because that was just plain dumb. And you should probably stop smoking weed because looking at the way you spell things, you've probably already killed too many brain cells.

Throw a little meth into the mix while you're at it...maybe some extasy to bring back that loving feeling. Maybe some shrooms too so you get your veggies in . . .
with your hobbies, you should end up pregnant by any one of a number of men within the next year; your child will probably end up becoming a ward of the state due to the severe medical problems your hobbies have caused and you'll continue on in your irresponsible doped up haze. Don't worry -- you won't end up in a comma. . . rele. Your kids are going to end up with an arm sticking out where their butts should be.

I don't personally thing the pot or beer had a role in any of this - unless you react to pot that way typically - and I have never heard of a pot reaction like that...
Xanax, however, can do that to you and has to me... usually in larger doses than prescribed... Be careful with the Xanax! You should be prescribed it if you need it... Not something you want to be taking for fun...
enjoy the pot and a couple beers... leave the xanax out :)
i'm guessing you were extremely high. weed will cause your heart to race the way you described, xanax will not.
xanax is prescribed for anxiety and panic attacks, so it's not likely that it is the cause of one. xanax also slows down your respiration, heart rate and other body systems - especially when mixed with alcohol.
personally - i've had that happen before when i've smoked weed (minus the xanax). i also have a prescription for xanax and never had it happen on that.
also - mixing 3 different types of depressants is a stupid thing to do and yeah your body could have seriously flipped out from it. physically as well as mentally.
That's the opposit effect that you should have had from the drugs you mentioned....are you sure it was xanex or was the weed laced with something......Quit doing drugs.
Just a bad combo of drugs for you - no great danger at those dosages, but apparently not a good idea for you. People react very differently to various drugs, and you must be very sensitive to one or more of the drugs you used, or the type of high you experienced is just not something you enjoy.
