What does a kidney stone feel like?!

Question: It is really painful...and depending on how large it is, it can feel like anything from a pulled back muscle to someone stabbing you in the back from the inside out. If there's also an infection present, it can feel more like a burning sensation.

I have gotten kidney stones 4 times twice with pregnancy. I felt a bad cramping in my lower back like a stabbing feeling and also had blood in my urine. If you have any question that you have them then you need to see a doctor as soon as possible they dont just go away on their own and you will need an antibiotic for when you pass them. They may run some tests to see if it is a kidney stone and they should give you something for pain and something that will help break it up so you can pass it easier. I hope everything goes well.
