Frequent Sinus Headaches?!
Question: I'm 17, and my mom and I both have sinus headaches sometimes, but lately, since we've moved, for some reason I get them far more frequently. Like before it rains, or in the evenings usually. It's on my forehead and all around my nose, cheeks etc. Sometimes my neck feels a little funny too. They happened about a couple times a week. It's wierd. They're not too severe though, but... should I be worried?

you are probably dehydrated i used to get them regularly , then a nurse told me to drink more water... no more sinus headaches.
