YES but its not the in the way you are thinking of it, computer monitors especially old CRT monitors (the big boxy ones) release allot of EMF (Electro Magnetic Frequency)and EMF is a form of radiation, all electrical products produce EMF some more than others if you are concerned about radiation your computer is the least of your worries your CELLPHONE and standard 900-5.0 ghz wireless home phone and wireless Internet output very high amounts of Microwave radiation (Yes the same as a microwave oven) matter of fact in tests a microwave over while running produces LESS Microwave radiation 5 inches away then a cellphone, a wireless phone (such as home phones) produce twice that of a microwave, in conclusion using your wireless home phone or cell phone or wireless Internet is the same as standing 5 inches from your microwave oven while its running if not worse, think of that next time your ear gets warm when your on the phone for an hour.

Note: I have added a link below for more information on EMF and Microwave radiation i suggest you read some if not all of the information there ,it is very important information and is in the best interest of your health to know some if not all of it.

No, not at all.

Yes.

you'll go blind before you get cancer... neither of which is a viable hypothesis. the amount of radiation is so miniscule it isnt even worth putting a warning on the box.

Actually yes and no! It does give off radiation but not enough to harm you! Me and my chemistry were actually just talking about this last week. He said that every gives off radiation just more things than others. Like for example Humans give off radiation just not enough to harm our selfes or others! Hope that answers your question!
