Could this be skin cancer?!

Question: My boyfriend has a small red dot on his back that itches constantly. He's had it for about 4-6 months now. He has never had any sort of weird pains but when he scratches it, the itch raidates to surrounding areas. It has a small indentation in the center (a symptom of skin cancer that I read), but the spot looks NOTHING like photos I've seen of skin cancer. It's a lot less severe. Could this be the beginning of skin cancer?

Its better to be safe than sorry. Check it out. Tell him to go to the doctor...It may be nothing (which i pray it is) but you dont want him to risk his life just because you two thought it was nothing.

PS he should be lucky to have someone like you who is concerned of his health.
:D

I REALLY HOPE NOT! That would mean I have skin Cancer!!! NOO!!! Whyd you have to tell me this! NOW IM F***** SCARED@!!!!21

go to your doctor

get a cream for that. he may take bath but never wipe it & put his clothes on straight away. sweat also cause it.

and no, its not cancer.

p/s: i dunno what that thing in english, but i know, its itch & its ugly sight of it.

Your boyfriend should really get that checked out. It could be really serious. Or it might be nothing. But all the same he should see a doctor about it.

has it changed size or colour in the last 4-6 months? Changes in size and colour are one of the indications of cancer.

well, those are the symptoms of skin cancer....he should go see a doctor coz 4-6 months is an awful long time to have a little cut (if it just was one) he should have seen the doctor as soon as he got it- before it spreads

Some moles are just itchy, but not dangerous.

na its probably another kind of rash....
