How come my hand was shaking for like half an hour?!
Question: non stop?it was soooo weird!!i was holding my backpack when sudeenly it started shaking alot, and i droped it!it was sooo weird!now it stoped, but im just curious why that happened?!?

I use to have that and usually it is caused by stress or nerves that are being sent from your brains alerting you that something might be wrong..
hand shaking can come from strong medication also or nervousness
sometimes if you're depressed you could have your hands shakesometimes it's genetic too
maybe ur blood sugar was low.
