First of all, cut out caffeine products and sodas. Next drink more than the recommended daily amount of water. You will use the bathroom a lot but this is good. Also drink plenty of pure cranberry juice. This is known the help with minor bladder problems. You need to flush your body of the toxins that have built up in your kidneys and bladder. It will go away but slowly. Should be back to normal in about week to two weeks depending on severity.

I know for unrinary tract infections you can drink lots of cranberry juice to cure it sometimes. You could try it but if your symptoms don't go away go see the doc.
You can try drinking cranberry juice but if after a week, you're still having problems, then I suggest you see the doctor. The infection might be not that bad and your body might be able to fight it. But, if it's still bothering you after a week, you might need some antibiotics and only way to get them is from a doctor.
