First of all, cut out caffeine products and sodas. Next drink more than the recommended daily amount of water. You will use the bathroom a lot but this is good. Also drink plenty of pure cranberry juice. This is known the help with minor bladder problems. You need to flush your body of the toxins that have built up in your kidneys and bladder. It will go away but slowly. Should be back to normal in about week to two weeks depending on severity.

nope u have to go to the dr. sory. all they do is have u pee in a cup and then they will write ua prescription

I know for unrinary tract infections you can drink lots of cranberry juice to cure it sometimes. You could try it but if your symptoms don't go away go see the doc.

You can try drinking cranberry juice but if after a week, you're still having problems, then I suggest you see the doctor. The infection might be not that bad and your body might be able to fight it. But, if it's still bothering you after a week, you might need some antibiotics and only way to get them is from a doctor.

Nope you should go because you never know wht they can do.

Noooooo. Go to the doctor and have it diagnosed and treated with medication. Left uncheck and this can lead to pyelonephritis which will put you in the hospital.

If you're sure it's a bladder infection, you need to see the doctor. Trust me. Once I had a bladder infection and I DID see the doctor, but he misdiagnosed it as "irritation," so whatever, I went to Portland to visit my boyfriend. Two days later I had a 104 fever. By the time I got back to LA I headed straight for my primary care physician who was zero help, except to tell me it had morphed into a serious kidney infection and that I "should have gone to the hospital," then I drove myself to the only hospital I knew how to get to--Cedars Sinai, with valet parking, cripes. I was in the ER for, like, 4 hours, they got my temp down so they didn't have to admit me, but it was bad, with IVs and three very expensive doctors hovering over me, and it cost me $6,000, plus I was in serious, serious pain for at least a week. Do not mess around with a bladder infection. Just go to a doctor.
