You may be okay. I'm used to seeing the 2 hour numbers so I guess it depends how much your glucose drops in another hour.

The American Diebetic Association advises a 2 hour test your blood sugar should be below 180 mg/dL (10 mmol/L) which you are at 1 hour. However, the American College of Endocrinology recommends your blood sugar should be below 140 mg/dL (7.8 mmol/L) at 2 hours.
