no, they are 2 totally different viruses that effect different parts of the body.

No is not true, HIV is one virus and the hepatitis virus is a different one. A person can have both too, but they are different.

No it is not, BUT if you become infected with HIV you are more likely to get a co-infection with Hepatitis as well. A lot of HIV+ people have various forms of Hepatitis, usually Hep C.
