School toilets STD's?!
Question: My friend was tellin a story he had to take a dump one day at school LOL and he couldnt hold it right, he went to a school bathroom and earlier that day someone told him he can get STDs from the toilets lol so he ran home LOL is that even possible?! like get STDs LOL, ill never take a dump at a school bathroom -_-

Okay the only STD that you can receive from a toliet seat is Crabs (pubic lice) because they can survive without an immediate host. But as far as the serious STDs, you cannot contract them through a toilet seat...
yes you can, that is why they have toilet seat covers
Not STDs because most STDs just don't survive well outside of a body. So no worry about AIDS.
However Lice are possible.
Wipe the seat down down before you squat, and maybe learn to crap without your butt actually touching the seat.

I remember a study we did back in med school, in Minneapolis. We went to fifteen restaurants, fast foods, the popular ones. Twelve tested positive for some sort of virus. We found E coli on the hands on many of the servers. I started passing up these fast food place and so far, after forty years, have never eaten at one.
The ice also in the vending machines in these places, it sits for many hours sometimes, over night, etc. Has a very high bacterial content.
In the "sit down" type restaurant we were eating and I watched a waitress, waiting for her order wipe her nose on the back of her hand. Another scratched her nose, her thumb entering her nostril, waiting for her order.
One breakfast restaurant: IE: a man found a blood covered band-aid in his salad. The same place, a man again, found mud in his lettuce, not just a little. The same place, a gob of hair was found in the salad at the bar. Instead of changing the bar salad, it was left, the gob, a large one, was taken out.
A certain Pizza hut, fired three of the teen-agers working the night shift for them, they were also charged by the police. They were sweeping the floor and putting this on pizzas, the other stuff is to gross to mention.
I eat at home and still look closely at my fresh stuff.
You can carry a hand sanitizer with you for those Wal-Mart shopping carts.
You can carry those throw away toilet seat covers that are sanitized. Wash your hands good, the proper way, with hot water. Keep your hands away from your face.
Get you a plastic shopping bag from Kroger's, Walmart where ever. Cut a slit down the middle. Fold it up real tiny put in your wallet. Use it for a toilet seat cover in public bathrooms. Those tissue paper ones are a joke germs soak right thru them. Use this one once and throw it away.
I don't think you can get an STD off a toilet but you could get MRSA, Staph Infection, Yeast Infection, EColi, Hepatitis (which can be considered a STD) public bathrooms are a host of germs
Yeah there are a few some STDs aren't just sexually transmitted like yeasts and stuff...
I think they are more likely to be the STIs than full blown life-threating STDs.
It's best not to be paranoid. Or, you could be like me and abstain - from sex and toilet seats ^^
