you could buy some tablets from ebay called clearitol its does work and clear it
Go to the dermatologist and have him proscribe and acne medication for you. If you can't get to one, try using neutrogena oil free cleanser ( what my dermatologist recommends for all acne). Best of luck.
I have some on my back and i realized that if you just don't touch them or try to pop them they will begin to lose the red inflammation and start to go away...give that a shot and see if it works or you can try the Mary Kay acne cream that works pretty good. Also i have heard that white toothpaste helps get rid of acne/pimples give it a whirl
