withdrawal symptoms from caffeine include headaches and migraines, irritability and moodines, constipation, insomnia........... take a multi B complex supplement to help your body deal with the stress of withdrawing and also to help you simply deal with the everyday stresses of life.

You also need to ensure that you are hydrating your body properly........... at least 2 litres of water per day is needed by the human body just to maintain aspiration (to breath)!! There are those that say you only need 4 or five glasses per day, but how about if you are dehydrating yourself by drinking coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks and alcohol?? for each cup of coffee you drink the caffeine will trick your brain into thinking that it has plenty of water to spare and hence your body will excrete about 2 cups of water ~ putting you behind the 8 ball to start with.

Sodas and soft drinks are worse ~ for each can you drink your body will excrete up to 12 cups of water !! Scary hey!

Ever wake up in the morning, have your morning coffee or tea and get to work and just can't stop yawning?? That's because your body needs water to breath, transport nutrients all over your body, for our digestive tracts to work properly, to lubricate our joints effectively etc.etc.etc........ water ie ~ fresh filtered water, is the single most important thing you can focus on.

After all, the happiest and healthiest body is always going to be the most hydrated one?

Also, if you are lactose intolerant or a vegetarian then you really do need to supplement your diet with a multi B complex supplement ~ a deficiency in vitamin B3 (niacin) will produce negative personality changes in a person and will also produce headaches and migraines, diahorrea, depression, itching skin.

Make sure you buy a supplement including all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best together.

Eat more foods rich in this vitamin B3 ie ~ fish, lean meats, whole wheat products, brewer's yeast, liver, eggs, roasted peanuts, the white meat of poultry, avocadoes, dates, figs and prunes ~ a handfull of steamed chicken does the trick for me when i have a cracking headache?

Niacin will also eliminate canker sores and often times bad breath too. it will give you healthier looking skin, increase circulation and reduce high blood pressure. It is necessary for a healthy nervous system and brain functions.

iburofen and Tylenol will do a fine job of ripping you off of your essential complex of B vitamins .............. hence, they may work to start with but fail to actually cure the cause and only serve to bandaid the symptoms.

The pure essential oil peppermint oil is also a fine way to eliminate a headache quickly. Simply put a few drops onto a cotton ball and inhale the aroma being carefull not to rub it on your skin as it will more than likely irritate it when placed directly onto your skin, so avoid that?

I truly do wish you all the very best of health & vitality buddy?

CHEERS
?

could be migraines
stress is a big factor in migraines. do you get nauseated, light hurt your eyes, feel like your head is being squeezed?
could be a tension headache
many causes

Stress, caffeine and dehydration

stress as you said. Caffeine, sodas can cause headaches too.If your having vision problems may be your eyes..

You didn't mention if you're taking any meds as sometimes they can also cause headaches,

Really,if they continue, see your Dr seriously

Good Luck

Another cause is high blood pressure which can be caused by being overweight. (which we don't know).
You doctor can check your blood pressure if you ask him to, the best method is manually, old style.
If you gave up drinking coffee or are drinking it later than normal in the day, yes, it will be a caffeine withdrawl headache.
Try reducing salt and salty foods such as cheese, and chips, etc.

too much thoughts, energy is bound in the head... the nerve centers... sorrows, fears, guilt...

meditation can help..
