How can I get rid of post nasal drip that makes my throat congested?!

Try some of the OTC Claritin. Just make sure that you get plenty of water (no mater what type of antihistamine you use). The dry eyes is most likely due to the lack of water you are consuming. You need to drink 3000 mL of water when taking any type of antihistamine (that's 5 (20 oz) bottles of water a day).

I use nasal spray and anti-histamines, but under medical advise. It has taken some time to get the most effective medications. Some can cause irregular heart beats, so be careful. If it continues, see your doctor.
