contrary to what you might think, this is actually better than it just fading your acne away. it means it dug really deep to get the dirt and oil from the bottom of your pores. in this process, it caused all the gross stuff it pulled out of your face to settle on the surface of your skin and create what seems like more acne. after about three weeks [maximum] and continued use, it will go away. promise. =]

Sue them.

I've had acne all my life and have figured out that for me, everytime I change face wash, no matter what it is, it takes about 3 weeks for things to level out from the change. Be patient.

I think that different washes strip the oil either better or worse than the last one used and if your skin makes more oil because of that then you end up with more zits temporarily from the fluctuating oil production.

I've never had a problem with Clean and Clear as long as i use the Sensative formula.
I did have this problem with Physoderm i put up with it for about a month and then gave it to one of my kids, she dosent have a problem with it at all. It may actually be just a reaction between your skin and one of the ingredients they use (not necessarily an active ingredient either but just a standard additive).
If you want to stick it out for the 3-4 wks you could try but if it were me i would take it back and get something different.
