ask yourself how bad the pain is on a scale of 1 to 10. if it ranks above 7 go to the emergency room.

im not a doctor but i am studying in the medical field and it does sound like a classic case of appendicitis. which is swelling of your appendix. it hasnt burst yet, otherwise you would have gone to the e.r. already because the pain would have been so severe. but there is a chance of it bursting (if it is your appendix), but the only way to know for sure is to go to the hospital and find out.

you know its either an appendix or diarhea or constipation

I had the same problem a couple years ago, got to the point where I had to go to the ER, they too thought it was my appedix when really it was a urinary tract infection.. I think you should call your doctor.

Go to the doctor right away just incase... However if it was your appendix, you'd be in so much pain, you wouldn't log onto yahoo to ask what it could be.

I would see your Doctor to be sure!

Ok you need to go see a doctor NOW. Go to the E.R. Anorexia (loss of appetite) is one of the signs of Acute Appendicitis (AP). You may also have fever that's why you feel warm. Your position (lay on my side with feet curled to the chest) is often seen in patients with Acute AP because of the pain. The pain may start at the epigastric area and goes to the right lower quadrant of your abdomen. It could be another thing. But based on what you've said I'm thinking of Acute AP. Tell your parents (or guardian or neighbor) to bring you to the hospital right away & fast. Let's hope it's not AP or worst ruptured AP. I hope this helps. -dennisMD
