drink more water!! Yeah if it's severe it could be a sign of anything under the sun. Are there any other symptoms? If not, then drink more water and see if that works.

drink water

dry mouth is nothing more than dehydration. youre thirsty, cus your body is lacking fluid, get your 8 cups of water per day, and in a few days, you'll feel better.

check that out, might help a bit

If you have been drinking water, like we are supposed to, 64 oz a day, then these symptoms could be signs of diabetes. If you have not been drinking water, but have been drinking soda, or other sugared or sugar-substituted beverages, you are probably just dehydrated.

That is a sign of rabies. Have you been around and suspicious animals?

Its a common sign of sinus problems, like infections and nasal allergies.

Stroke maybe.....if your face gets numb RUSH to the hospital

you are dehydrated and need more water or juice with lots of water in it (tastes better personally)

Could be anything - it's cold out and the heater is drying the air you breath, diabetes (but you would have other symptoms), too much sodium in last nights dinner, maybe you are just not drinking enough water.

ya! u could be developing a type 2 diabetes.

Sometimes this could be a sign of diabetes other symptoms could include smelly urine, the need for sugar, feeling tired a lot, your weight fluctuates.
these are only a few, if you worried go and get tested.

You are properly dehydrated, but if you feel thirsty all the time, everyday, and you feel weak, go get your blood checked out, could be several things, not just diabetes...good luck.

Are you also urinating a lot? Several times in a couple of hours or are you waking up nightly to go? If so you might be diabetic. Get your blood tested for sugar levels.

if you are constantly thirsty for days, get checked for diabetes. One day - don't worry about it.

My first thought to your question is diabetes. Are you urinating often? Thirst and frequent urination are often first symptoms of diabetes. If you are drinking enough water and you're not dehyrdrated, then this might be a concern. Get your blood sugar checked.

You could have any illness that has the side-affect of dehydration.

Also, constant thirst is a side-affect of Diabetes
Do you eat a lot, drink a lot, and pee a lot?
Does it run in your family?
This means you might be Diabetic so get it checked

You could also just be dehydrated. Once you are at a point where you can feel that you are dehyrated, it can take up to weeks before you are completely healthy again. People are supposed to drink 8 cups of water a day so do this every day for 2 weeks and if the symptom of thirstiness and dry mouth continues, see your doctor immidiately.

Its obviously a symptom of many things! Maybe you should try staying more hydrated, and if that doesnt work see your regular care doctor.

Are you on any Medications. Look on label and read side effect and see if dry mouth is one of them. Now days most of my symptom's for my ailment are also side effect of my medications.

try squirting lemon juice into water and drink it.
it should help with dry mouth.

You could be dehydrated- is it close to your period? You may be retaining fluid for that. Also, have you taken any new medications, or taken something for allergies? Many drugs have a side effect of dry mouth.

And, caffeine is not good for you- it doesn't really count as true fluid intake- try cutting your soda and having some water instead.
