pimple. people get pimples on their butt all the time. just wash it good with soap every day in the shower. it will go away.
ingrown hair or a pimple
its probably just a pimple
it could be a spider bite
I had that once wash it with soap thuroly and if it doesnt get better try tp get puss out of it. If puss comes out then dont try to pop it again. It will go away in about 2 weeks!
