Water....around 2 litres a day will improve them...dont drink it cold though...it passes through the body faster when cold...drink it at room temperature throughout the day...it will move the toxins out.

No, there isn't. There are different creams that significantly decrease the appearance of dark circles, and sleep is always your best bet in the long-term.
I don't think so - other than getting enough sleep and eating the right foods. I would use foundation.

Well, I don't believe in cucumbers or cold spoons, but the first thing you mentioned, sleep, is a very effective way of reducing or curing black circles around the eyes. Those black circles are caused by increased blood and fluid around your eyes, which causes puffiness and the resultant increased shadow giving your eyes an even darker appearance. With sleep, this is reversed. I know a few people who have tried Retin-A or Vitamin E but you have to be careful since you are applying this so close to your eyes. I wouldn't recommend it, but if you do it, proceed with extreme caution. Otherwise, no....those three you mentioned (or at least the first) is the best.
