A small cold sore?!
Question: alright i have a small cold sore on the outside of my bottem lip, its pretty small and hard to tell its there. I only get them when under a lot of stress and honestly i dont think its even a cold sore cuz they never hurt, its more like a pimple, i get very similar marks on my forehead once in a while so im guessing its just a pimple. But my question is, if it is a small cold sore im guessing its probably not good to be kissing anyone while i have it do i? Even though it might not even be a cold sore. Ive had these on my lower or top lip once in a great while, not very often, maybe a few times a year but have had them for many years and arent they from kissing someone with them or some direct contact? How could i get it years ago if i wasnt kissing anyone that long ago?

Alright it probably is a cold sore. Not really that big of a deal but you do now need to be aware and responsible. You don't have to kiss someone to get it. How many times as a kid did you drink after someone else? Probably more than you can count. Also, did you ever have an aunt or someone that gave ya kiss beside your mouth. It could have come from anything like that.
You absolutly shouldn't be kissing anyone while you have an active cold sore. Also I don't know how old you are but the cold sores from your mouth can be transfered to other places on your body.
Be careful, wash your hands if you pick it and just kiss responsibly
Dont kiss anyone. You could pass the bactiria and she can have a pimple.
