you should be drinking atleast at the minimum three glasses of water each day that will hydrate you, and fruit try the more citrus ones that will cleanse out your system.. and for exercising do just the normal exercises for instance, lunges, curl ups, jogging is exremely good.
oh, and if you really just want to tame your acne go to a all purpose doctor or a dermatoligist and ask for Duac Topical Gel. it works magic. :) i hope i helped a bit.

Maintain a diet that is rich in cottage cheese, salads, fresh juices, fish and yogurt. These help to cleanse your system and ward off pimples.More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/

dont worry too much bout the diet ... what is important is that you keep your face clean and oil free. wash it frequently with a non-oily soap and keep your skin oil free. That reduces acne.

Try taking fish oil pills as well. And wash your face with neutrogena products twice a day. Drink as much water as you can and try not to eat fried foods. Exercise at least three times a week. Also, don't ever try taking antibiotics for the acne!

This may or may not work for you but it definately worked for me. I use to have bad acne on my face. I tried every kind of cream etc. and nothing worked. I went to the health food store and the lady asked me if I drank a lot of pop. I said yes. I use to drink 4-5 cans of mountain dew a day. She said cut out the pop and it will clear up. I tried it and it did get better. Later on I realized it was not the pop itself but the caffiene. If I drink ice tea or coffee I break out, or if i drink an energy drink I break out. Its really weird but it was the solution for me. Its worth a shot. Everybody is different but sometimes certain things you eat or drink can cause ur body to produce acne. Experiment with your diet and see if it helps.
