The only way to tell is to go to the doctor. You could be hypoglycemic. It could be hormones and growth miseries.
You may have to convince your mom to get you to a doctor.

The symptoms of a diabetic ketoacidosis (untreated diabetes mellitus) are extreme hunger, thirst, irritablity, tiredness, peeing all the time, and much more. Extreme weight loss is another sign. I went through these exact same symptoms. I dropped 20 lbs in 2 wks and felt horrible. Go to the ER right away...this is nothing to be messing with. Get your BG (blood glucose) checked and that will automatically tell whether you need further blood work and testing done. If your vision has changed any as well (like mine did), that is a HUGE sign you need to get checked out. I could drink over 10 glasses of water and it wouldn't put a dent in my thirst. I would pee it out all equally, never getting satisfied at all. GET TO THE ER RIGHT AWAY! If I hadn't gone when I did, the doc said that in another three days or so I could've went into a diabetic coma or even died. This is serious. Go right now.

u should go to the doctor. i take care of kids with diabetes. the symptoms r correct but they may be n ur head or u may have something else. tell ur mom soon

From the sound of what you are telling us, I don't think you have diabetes. If you have type 1 diabetes, you're organ that needs to developed insulin to clean your kidney of sugar will not work or work properly, and you'll end up going to a doctor whether you like it or not. If you want to do more research go to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diabetes I don't know your relationship with your mom, but all you could do is try to communicate with her. I know it's hard when you're afraid of what might happen. But part of growing up is experiencing a lot of things so that it will help you as you grow up or when you are grown. Just tell her how you are feeling and you are concern about it. If she won't help you, ask your teacher or a nurse in school or someone you can trust.
