Question: Idk if i have a fever, but I have the chills, no appetite, dry cough, an extremely stuffed nose, especially when i lie down. My whole body aches, and I feel like im going to throw up, but i no im not. What is this? Do I have a fever? How long will I be out for?

http://familydoctor.org/online/famdocen/... This is a helpful guide. It sounds like you might have the flu. It's nationally really high right now. Go see your doctor to make sure. You can also get antivirals if it's within the first 48 hours. The flu is what I'm just now getting over. I think you have a fever because you get chills when your temperature goes up and feel hot when it goes down. Take some sudafed and a pain killer if it's too painful for you (make sure not to take two medicines with the same ingredients in them) and drink lots of water and rest.
Seriously, how would we know if you have a fever? None of us can examine you or correctly answer your questions.
sounds like flu symptoms, could be a sinus infection,
try some antihistamine, nyquil
go to the dr on monday if you can, you may need some antibiotics, take some tylenol and or motrin for body aches
