Itchy on my toe and theres a yellow bubble?!

Question: I always notice that when something like my toe or finger is itchy, theres a little pimple like bubble just its filled with clear yellowish water. And when I sqeeze it and the liquid pours out and then it stops itching. What is this and why does it happen like that?

it may be like a blister or something it prolly wont hurt you but ask a doctor and they can tell you fer sher
