i had the same problem yesterday and it was very bad!! mine was so bad when i leaned over my nose would out run my face lol!! and look like a water fountain lol! but i got this new medicine called antihist tabs from walmart it is in a red and white box and its a no name brand medicine it cost $2.96 for a box of 24 pills and it is over the counter as well!! i have taken at this point actually 4 tablets and i am totally better! no sneezing coughing or runny nose!! best of luck to you
Keep blowing your nose and inhale vicks vapour. Or anything Eucalyptus-y or mint-y. Check at your pharmacy for anything you can inhale.

just wipe it, with dumb cloth.
if you got rugs or carpet get rid of it.
even flowers next to your bedroom windows.
or if you can wear or cover your mouth or nose.
thats what have to do when things gets worst.
