The old cucumber slices on the eyes really does work, especially if they are cold from the fridge.
splash ur eyes with cool water. u mite wanna dab them with a ice too

Anything cold will reduce swelling. Cold water, ice, etc. Many people get relief from frozen peas. The peas are small and settle in around your eyes (keep them in the bag!) Bigger things, like ice cubes, need to be crushed to make them more comfortable.
