Annoying cut on my nose?!

Question: I dont know how,but I have almost like a little cut/sore in my nose. Its really irritating and kind of hurts,what can I use on it?

Try triple antibiotic ointment...its difficult to heal since its on the inside of your nose where its always moist...just dont pick at it...eventually it will form a scab and go away.
