I need sleep!!?!


Question: ok i was supposed to go to sleep at 10 because i have school2morrow and its now 1:14 am in arizona i need help getting to sleep fast, without medicine!!

Go take a warm bubble bath and go to bed, get comfy and do slow breathing. If you have earphones play soft music. Start by relaxing all your muscles in your body totally, then, still slow breathing, start counting from ten backwards and with each count think of something pleasant you would like to be doing.
When you wake up in the morning you will feel better. I try this every night. Its great.

get some yogurt its helps make your mind nob and helps you fall asleep
also
turn of alll the lights
get relazed in bed
and try counting backwards from 100
hopefully that helps
try telling your mother your having trouble and maybe you can miss school the nezt day
if you can wake up early so you feel a little tried tommmorrow and youll be able to sleep sooner

Just FYI, insomnia is not a respiratory disease.

Drink A glass of hot milk, if your body needs sleep read and you should doze off in no time

Close all the blinds or curtains and turn out all the lights, close your eyes and picture being on a sandy, really hot beach with the sun blazing on you and you will feel sleepy real soon.

Try warm milk from the microwave or 1/2 of a Tylenol pm.
