Those are razor bumps and are caused by ingrown hairs here are some ways to stop getting them...

1. Whenever you shave try using a fresh new razor (If this isn't possible clean your razor with rubbing alcohol or witch hazel before and after every time you use it).

2. Use shaving cream made especially for the bikini area and leave it on for a couple minutes before you start. And make sure the water you use is warm this helps soften the hair.

3. After shaving you can use a toner like the one you use on your face slightly diluted in water.

4. And then you should apply a lotion to the area or a cream designed for razor bump prevention

Hope this helps!

if you wax often, or just razor that area can cause that.. my advice is to exfoliate well, using a non invasive exfoliator, everytime you take a bath. If you razor that area, you have to be really careful and use a new blade everytime you do it, also, do it in the hair growth direction.. just keep that area clean! cause pimples are caused by obstructed pores.

Those are most likely ingrown hairs caused by shaving in that area. Its not big deal, just ignore them, don't touch them, and you an exfoliant often. Try shaving that area less.
