I need help with acne problems?!

I've suffered with that also. One thing that really works for me is to take a clean cloth and dip it into very hot water for a few minutes. Then let it cool for a moment and put it on my face. this will open your pores and refresh your skin. After I do that I wash my face and apply retin-A, (you can get that from your doctor). Retin-A is like a miracle medicine, it strinks those pimples up quickly, but you need a prescription for it. Also eating better, drinking plenty of water and washing ONLY twice daily helps. Too much washing only aggregates the acne. Oh yeah, if you are a female, birth control is freaking awesome for acne.
I used Proactiv and it worked wonders. did you try that?
Have you tried the new-age light therapy lamps?
I have one and it's really working for me. I'm just compiling a list of my photos of my skin and you can really see the difference.
I use neutrogena body wash and it works really well.
