Treatments for callus??!

Question: hi, before i go see a dermatologist, i thought i would stop by here first. about a month ago i developed what looks and feels like a callus on the outside of my left index finger (middle knuckle on the finger). it is not from gripping as it is on the outside of the knuckle, facing away from the palm. does anyone know of a good treatment for these? do those callus removers sold for foot calluses work on hands too? anyone? thanks.

I tend to treat things myself first, but in this situation, I would suggest seeing a dermatologist. It doesn't sound like a callus--they are caused by friction & pressure....

It may be a type of wart as well..... definately get it figured out because 2 different things, two totally different solves!!
Don't go using removers until you know for sure

saok it then dry it the use a pumice stone on it then yes you can use the creams for youre feet just be carefull not to wipe it in youre eyes I wouldent use the calus rasors for feet though you could end up just cuting a huge chunk in youre hand

Avon makes an excellent cream called Foot Works. It smooths away calluses anywhere.
