it wont kill you, but i can honestly say that if this guy has pinworms he is not hygenic enough, ie, washing hands after he uses the restroom- that is the only way the cycle continues.
fecal matter reintroduced has eggs and larva in it. he wipes, he eats food without washing hands.
cyclic repeated infestation of pinworms.
by washing his hands after using the restroom, the infestation will resolve.
ew.....ten years of not keeping care of himself.

If he doesn't treat them, they won't go away, but they won't kill him. Tell him to drink apple cider vinegar. One cup a day for a month.
