Have you taken Chantix?!
Question: My dr prescribed Chantix to stop smoking. I was really excited until I started looking online and saw that about 7% of the people that take it have psychotic episodes!!!
I'm afraid to try it now. Has anyone taken this and been ok on it?

I was successful in quitting and it's a good thing because the mental health wing of this prison is "non-smoking" ! JUST KIDDING .... I had no problem with it.
I took it and it worked well i stopped taking it because it gave me bad dreams, if you are truly concerned speak with your physician...many people take it and are fine. Speak with your pharmacist and doctor about your concerns.
I was prescribed chantix and have successfully quit smoking. It did cause me to fel pretty queesy a few times but I always ate or drank milk befor taking it and that hel-ped alot
Now I'm a non-smoker feels strange to say but i have not had a cigarette since december 27th could not be prouder.
