It's definitely an allergy to something. Do you take a medicine before you go to bed? Eat a snack made of a food you only eat at night? Is there something you use at night before sleep--like do you shower at night and use a body wash that you don't in the morning? Maybe a make up remover? It's also possible you are very allergic to dust. An allergist can help you pinpoint the allergy. Until then, you can take an antihistamine before bed--a long acting one like Claritin or Zyrtec may be good--and see if that helps. If it's dust, dust and vacuum many times a week, wash your bedding in hot water once a week, and consider buying covers for your pillows and mattress (you can get them at http://www.alerg.com They deliver fast!)
One thing you can try is to stop using a product for a few weeks--like maybe your make up remover (if you have one) or something. See what happens. Then, reintroduce it and see if symptoms come back. Only stop one product at a time so you can be sure which one it is.
It sounds like a pretty severe allergy, tho, so do try to get into an allergist soon. Lip swelling especially is *not* a good thing!
If you were make up possible that. Go see a allergy specialist
