Is this the stomach flu?!

Question: I have been having really bad pains in my stomach for 2 days and I feel really queasy now. I tried to throw up so maybe I can get it out of my system but I couldnt I just ended up gagging. I also feel really lightheaded. Is this the stomach flu?

i had the stomach flu this year. i felt light headed and after eating anything i would throw up. i didn't have pains in my stomach though.

It might be the flu but it could also be something more serious,. I don't ususally get stomach pains especially not really bad ones,. I think you should call your doctors and tell them your symptoms and they'll tell if you need to be seen.
