oh my gosh, i do it too!! Do you smoke or live in a dry climate? That seems to make mine worse. Use lots and lots of Carmex, it seems to be the best to prevent picking/chewing.
this means your lips get chapped a lot you should use chap stick before every time you go outside
I used to, It's a sign of poor self esteem. You should really stop. Chapstick helps.
