I work in an STD clinic and you'd be shocked how many men do not know how to used a condom correctly. So you are not alone. First check the date on the condom to be sure it's not expired, then feel the package to be sure there is air in it, it's kinds soft like a pillow, that will just assure you it's still OK. Open it carefully, don't use your teeth, nail clippers, scissors, just tear it with your hands. Once you take the condom out grab the tip, it will look like a little hat, be sure the "ring" of the way it is rolled is on the outside, pinch the top and then roll it down on the erect penis. (pinching the top allow room for fluids) That is the basic way to use a condom:

Now I also tell people to put a little lube inside it before you roll it down over the penis, this will great extra stimulation, and it feels less like there is a condom on. The other thing I tell people, go to your room alone and try all of this a couple of time to be sure you have it right.

Good Luck and stay safe.

I can't believe some people lack even the most basic level of common sense. How much more fool proof do condoms have to be?

the rings or on the exterior
didnt you learn this like in the 7th grade?

You know you've got it on right when the condom actually rolls down easily. Plus it does tell you in the condom box exactly how to use them and put them on with pictures - perfect for you i think :)
