Could be a heat rash, allergy to the soap or shampoo you used. Could be chicken pox or other skin irritation. Check your body to see if they are spreading. If it doesn't go away or becomes worse, especially if it's real itchy, it would be best to see a doctor. Allergic reactions to things can trigger hives or other red itchy spots. May just be acne as this is also common is some people. Keep and eye on it.
God Bless you.

Heat Rash, perhaps.
If you have large breasts, they often rub together.
What you are describing sounds a lot like that

Moisturise, it'll be fine in a day or two.

it should just be acne

it's just acne, or a rash from boob sweat.

IDK BECAUSE IM NOT A DOCTOR I THINK MAYBE UR BRA WAS ITCHY OR SOMETHING AND IRRATED UR SKIN! IM NOT SURE YOU SHOULD GO TO A FEMALE DOCTOR!

It's acne. Use Mario Badescu's Drying lotion.

This could be a case of prickly heat, which is caused by trapped sweat that can clog the pores, causing inflammation and the itchiness. If they are more than just an irritation or don't go away in 2 to 4 days, its always best to just be safe and get it checked out by a doctor, especially if you are worried about it. It is most likely just a mild skin irritation by a soap or friction, or just plain prickly heat.

acne!
