Throat problem . I've to speak with effort?!
Question: I am 22 M 52Kg slim . I dont know how to make u understand but I have no major disease or infection . My father has Asthma but I dont have and not even cough but sometimes I do have flu and I think its just normal .
I can sing easily or as compared to talking but while talking it seems like some thing is suffocating me and my throat has 2 or three swollen lymph nodes from 2years atleast but they they dont get relieved by medicine .
And I think do breath a bit heavily as compare to my friends .
Please tell me what it is and what should I do . Im in China to study and there is some language barrier b\w me and doctors.

it sounds like you might have something on your vocal cords i would go to a ent (ears nose and throught) my son has tumors on his v c and the symptoms sound the same get to the drs soon
