Answers: I know too many people dying of cancer beginning in their 50s and I am only 34 years old.
No.
links to cancer are suggested and retracted all the time, i wouldn't worry about pesticides because genetic engineering reduces the need for them( like BT corn has a bacteria gene added to it that makes it toxic only to caterpillar stomachs)
Don't be silly; of course not. It is our own lifestyles that are causing the cancer epidemic. Poor diets/weight problems, inactivity, smoking, drinking alcohol--all of that contributes to the rise in cancer. That's not even mentioning the genetic factor.
There are also studies that suggest that mental/psychological well being, or lack of, may be a factor. Depressed people tend to get cancer more frequently that generally happy people, for example.
Best way to avoid it---live a healthier lifestyle, keep a good attitude about life and see your physician regularly.
I do. Granted back in the dark ages people died young from illnesses, but I think the way the world is now is the problem. And I think that the way the health insurance companies work, there is no money in the cure for things, so we won't see cures anytime soon.
