What is the legal height for dwarfism?!


Question: Legality doesn't enter into this. Dwarfism is a medical condition. Technically an adult height of 4'10" and less is considered dwarfism and may be accompanied by other phsyical features. There's both proportionate dwarfism and disproportionate dwarfism. Race is not an issue. Dwarfism crosses all racial barriers.

i dont think race is incorporated at all. if you're short, you're short, no matter what race you are.
