How to cure nasal congestion w/o meds?!

I usually take a really hot, hot steamy shower to help loosen up my congestion.
nasal congestion due to a cold or allergies? either way nasal strips work really well for me
Saline nasal spray works great for this!
You can find it in drug store, or most grocery stores. The most common brand is called Ocean.
You spray some in each nostril, and, well, snort it up.
Sounds gross, and I was really reluctant to try it, but now I swear by it and rarely take OTC or Rx medications for it this kind of congestion.
Have you thought about being tested for allergies?

I have had a lot of sinus problems and even had surgery. The only thing I've found that works is the saline rinse. I hope this helps !!!!
