What illness is going around right now?!
Question: Where my hubby works everyone is calling in sick the last 2 days.None of them have said what it is they have.I figure Flu but shouldn't flu be slowing down?My hubby got flu shot and so far has been fine but us ladies with hubbys know a sick man is way worse than a sick toddler.I am dreading him getting whatever this is.Is that wrong of me.Anyhow we are in Kansas.Anyone know whats going around so bad?

Mostly the flu, cold and sinus stuff.. I had the flu (thanks to my darling child ) but I still have the cold part..
You are so right about when a man gets sick... The whole world comes to an end... EVERYTIME my daughters father gets sick he always says... OMG... I've never been so sick in my life .. But when WE get sick it's a whole different story.. We still have to get up with the kids and we still have to make sure everyone gets fed... Right??
The rhinovirus.
I have no idea about Kansas but alot of people in many places are falling ill with flu-like symptoms and viruses. Everybody's immunity seems to be really low these days and they take longer to recover. The weather is not helping either...
There's a real bad strain of the flu going around. My bf had his flu shot, and he STILL got the flu, and he ended up in the hospital because it turned into pneumonia. We're in NY.
