ok. i'll get you off the hook. you can have a skin discoloration in one or more areas of your body. it can be lighter or darker than your normal skin color. i have patches of dark skin in a few areas. no you can't get rid of them.

you cant get rid of skin pigment without some type of medical surgery. and if you did, you would be very very white.

Skin pigment is what gives you the color of your skin. It's also what gives you tans or melasma (discoloration.) I'm assuming you want to keep your pigment but maybe get rid of hyperpigmentation (dark skin)? Try a hydroquinone cream available at any drug store.
