I have an ear problem.....?!
Question: I went to a ranch 4 days ago, and shot a .357 magnum for about an hour without ear protection (I know it was stupid) My ears have been ringing for 4 days and my ears have no ear wax.....the tinittus has gone down....a little and its driving me crazy....
My ear drum is not ruptured.

go see a doctor. You could have damaged your ear drum (not ruptured...you'd know if you did that) or damaged some nerves. It shouldn't still be ringing after four days. Just go see an ENT doctor.
It might take long to go away, or it might never go away. Go see an ENT Dr.
If its been more than four days then you should see an ear doctor. I had this issue back in 2004, after I had went to a party and stood right in front of a speaker, my ears rang for 24 hours after that, lol. I got pretty worried, most cases resolve on their own. What you could do is put some headphones on and listen to music this way it can drown out the sound produced by the Tinnitus, but more than likely you should see a doctor.
