If you do it right, sex drops your bg more than any other activity. Minimize fast acting insulin and w/carbs, pump your bg up to around 250mg/dl to give you a good 1/2 hour of heavy banging. If you are still going at it after 1/2 hour, pop in a poptart that you keep on the nightstand.

Nothing is worse than a spoiled O from a low bg. You can also spoil it with too high a bg. Do not exceed 300mg/dl for carbo loading. If you accidentally do, inject 5 or 6 H units and proceed.

Sex can be tricky for us, but if you follow my lead, you'll be fine.

vigorous sex is exercise just like running which will make your blood sugar go down

I would assume that sex is the equivalent of exercise regarding it will lower blood sugar
adjust your insulin and food consumption accordingly

Depends what your blood sugar levels were before you started having sex...

And how much work you put in.

no it dosnt ive had diabitis tp 1 for 8 years and im 10 now

It goes low! It's basically a form of exercise...

I think jon-arro means he has had type 1 for ten years not that hes 10 years old lol

it depends. mine tensd to go low in those... well,.,.. exciting experiences.
