Do you have to get bit to get rabies?!
Question: I know this is stupid, but I saw that 5 part video on Youtube on the Girl who survived Rabies. So I looked it up on Wiki, and it showed that symptons don't happen until two months later. I remember scratching a a stray cat one day while playing basketball. It was friendly though, and pretty lazy. It let me scratch her.

Rabies is from the exchange of body fluids and you scratching it should be fine.
Usually people contract it via bites where infected animals/people pierce the skin putting saliva into the blood stream.
In high risk countries/places it's best to get the FREE vaccine.
