it sounds like cystic acne. my best friend had it when we were younger. go see a dermatologist. she had to get on some kind of medicine for it, it wouldnt go away on its own.
Are you having a lot of stress lately? If you are, that could be the cause... go to a doctor and get a complete diagnosis. It could be serious or not so serious... Go to a doctor first, then to a dermatologist..
